Romblomanons joined forces to help the victims of the typhoon Ulysses in the places of Cagayan Valley and Isabela City

In helping other people is the best way to do. In a moment like this, of this amidst of pandemic COVID-19 and the devastated typhoon it is the time to show our kindness.

Helping hands are creating stronger communities and to build a happier society for everyone. Sometimes it’s not all about the money, but the simplest thing that we can do to help others like spreading to the society that they need help and of those is the social media. It was proven by the people of Romblon.

The Romblomanons joined hands to seek help for the people of Cagayan Valley and Isabela. In their initiatives through Facebook, many responded to give some help like by providing clothes, foods, medicines and other basic needs or even cash donation that will help the people of Cagayan Valley and Isabela to recover. In this calling for help, not only one people asking for it but extended to the different groups of the community.

One of them is the Facebook page of TAD which owned by John Aries Bejer the “TADyanihanParaSaBayan” leads the calling for donations, the group of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation who leads by Kaila Alvar Yap and his members. They are one of the examples of people who took the lead in helping.

They have one goal in this social activity and that is to raise donations for their people who needs help. Their fund raising will be turn over to the Local Government Unit of Odiongan which they will be the one who will bring the donations.

This fund raising was done before when the volcano of Taal erupted and many people asking for help. They truly believed that this time it can do it again for the sake of the people of Cagayan Valley and Isabela.
