Manny Pacquiao’s speaks-up about his eldest son Jimuel in entering the career on boxing

Being a parent they always think about what is best for their children. Some of them want their children follow their footsteps. Like the Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, he is hoping that none of his children will follow in his footsteps as a boxer.

In his interview with Bobo Yu the marketing head of Madame Tussauds Hongkong who previously made the wax figure of Pacquiao. He shared his feelings about his children’s especially about his eldest son Jimuel.

He said, that he don’t allow one of his son’s entering the ring of boxing. Even though that this boxing career make him into the hall of fame and be recognized as one of the famous in the world of sports. Until he won a seat in the senate to represent Lone District of Sarangani in the year 2010 and now he is a Senator.

But as a father he wants her children to accomplish their goals in life. That is the reason why he work hard together with his wife. Although he knows the hardships in boxing he definitely support his son Jimuel.

As he says, “If that’s his dream and passion which is the boxing, I will support him.” Jimuel is an amateur boxer with a ring record of 4-1, and he wants to see the rest of his children finish schooling.

He also added, that he always encourage his children to finish their schooling before focusing the field of sports not only boxing, but also basketball.

For Pacquiao, if what his children will make them happy and he is always there to give support as a long as they will still prioritize their schooling. He is still proud of what Jimuel will achieve on his career.
